As a Customer Analytics Senior Analyst, you will play an important part in delivering customer-focused analytics and contribute to key strategic initiatives across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyse customer behaviour and commercial priorities to generate insights.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their objectives and deliver actionable analytics.

- Work closely with marketing and commercial teams to understand their data objectives and priorities.

- Participate in cross-functional projects to deliver data-driven insights into marketing strategy and execution.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in customer analytics.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and innovation to enhance analytics capabilities and deliver efficiency.

- Monitor demographic, policy, and economic trends that impact the employment sector and deliver employment market insights.

- Design and build robust data pipelines and analytics-ready tables in Databricks to support reporting and self-service analytics.

The Team: The APAC Marketing Strategy team is responsible for shaping the overarching marketing and brand strategy, working closely with segment, product, channel, and country teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications:

- Experience in a data analytics role that delivers tangible business outcomes, preferably within a marketing, commercial or consulting environment.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights to both a technical and non-technical audience.

- Proficient in data manipulation and statistical analysis using SQL, R, Python or similar.

- Experience with visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlikview).

- Experience working with distributed data processing and cloud platforms (preferably AWS).

- Tertiary qualification in a relevant commercial or quantitative discipline (e.g., commerce, marketing, economics, mathematics, technology).
