## Description

Pindrop is seeking a Product Manager, AI Enablement to own the product experience that turns Pindrop's AI capabilities into practical, repeatable workflows across various departments.

The successful candidate will sit within the centralized AI Operations group and work alongside an existing AI practitioner already embedded in Product. The role involves mapping processes, identifying high-value problems, building or configuring agentic solutions, and proving the ROI.

Key responsibilities include:

- Mapping processes before touching AI

- Building and managing a portfolio of internal AI tools, agentic workflows, and prompt-based copilots

- Auditing AI capabilities already built into tools Pindrop has purchased

- Extending Pindrop's shared AI platform and agent infrastructure to new use cases

- Designing and implementing the operating process that moves AI concepts from prototype to production

- Consolidating learnings across functions and building tooling and documentation for reuse

- Making the ROI case and driving adoption through practical enablement

The ideal candidate is a builder, not just a user, with experience in process mapping, product management, and hands-on experience with frontier AI CLIs and coding tools.

In terms of benefits, Pindrop offers a competitive compensation package, including RSUs, remote-first environment, unlimited PTO, generous health and welfare plans, and more.

The base pay range for this role is $130,000 - $150,000 USD.
