## Description

We are seeking a Store Manager Express to lead a small team in one of our Asda Express stores. The successful candidate will drive sales, set standards, and deliver Key Results Areas (KRAs). They will be responsible for maintaining morale, supporting Asda's pricing strategy, and keeping costs low.

The Store Manager will work on a rolling rota, including weekends, evenings, and late nights. They should be adaptable, friendly, and have good leadership and people skills.

Responsibilities include:

- Managing a team to deliver great results

- Spotting talent and supporting team development

- Dealing with management issues such as disciplinary and grievances

- Managing rota planning and holidays
