## Description

The CFC Operations Manager plays a crucial role in managing wholesaler relationships, supporting business operations, and ensuring effective customer engagement for assigned TA and/or products.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Management of Wholesaler Agreement:

+ Provide guidance and prioritize resource allocation to achieve given budget and operating plan expectations.   + Collaborate closely with wholesalers to align on demand forecasts, ensuring efficient supply planning.

- Business Operations:

+ Provide strategic input into business operations planning and shape the development and execution of business plans.   + Deliver targeted administrative and operational support to CFC, focusing on optimizing budget utilization and enhancing operational efficiency.

- Timely update and feedback to CFC Lead on any problems relating to assigned work and market information.

- Ensure all activities are in line with company strategy and comply with company policies and regulations.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree or University degree in any discipline.

- >5 years of experience in a Pharmaceutical Company/MNC.

- Specific knowledge and skills: Corporate policy and related local regulations, proficiency in English, interpersonal and presentation skills, time management skills, attention to detail, ability to manage files and records, demonstrated ability to perform tasks under own initiative, pharmaceutical or related field management experience, good problem-solving and analytical skills, strong leadership, and good communication skills.

**Business Understanding:**

- Understand pharmaceutical industry's business standards and processes.
