## Description

The Socio-Economic Reintegration Officer will contribute to the economic reintegration of survivors of gender-based violence (GBV) through the development of income-generating activities (IGAs).

The officer will work under the direct supervision of the Senior Manager, Socio-Economic Reintegration (SER), and collaborate closely with various teams, including Protection/GBV, Cash & Voucher Assistance, and Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL).

Key responsibilities include:

- Analyzing economic opportunities and identifying viable income-generating activities

- Providing technical support to GBV survivors in developing business plans and accessing financial assistance

- Facilitating cash transfers to support the launch of IGAs

- Conducting post-assistance follow-up and evaluating the impact of IGAs

- Providing technical coaching to implementing partners

- Ensuring coordination, reporting, and accountability

The ideal candidate will have a degree in economics, management, rural/community development, social work, or a related field, with experience in supporting IGAs, entrepreneurship, or livelihoods, particularly among vulnerable populations.
