## Description

As a Team Leader at Asda, you'll lead a team of colleagues to deliver excellent service and ensure the smooth running of daily operations in your area. You'll manage your section efficiently, making sure shelves are stocked, standards are high, and customers are happy. You'll support your team to meet targets, solve problems, and create a welcoming store environment.

You'll be a natural leader who thrives in a busy retail setting, confident in coaching and motivating others, with a hands-on approach and a passion for delivering great customer service. You'll be flexible, adaptable, and ready to take on new challenges across different store formats.
