## Description

Brainlabs is the media agency built to answer one question: what's actually driving profit?

As Manager, Data Science, you will own delivery of data science workstreams end-to-end, from scoping and modeling through to communicating results to internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

- Apply supervised and unsupervised ML techniques, NLP, and AI/ML frameworks to real marketing analytics problems

- Manage and mentor a small team of data scientists, providing technical guidance and career development support

- Contribute to the NAMER Data Science capability roadmap by identifying gaps and piloting new methods

- Collaborate with analytics, engineering, and account leads to scope and structure projects

- Stay current on advances in LLMs, deep learning, and marketing measurement

Requirements:

- 2-5 years in data science, with at least 2 years in marketing analytics or a related applied domain

- Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field

- Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with ML frameworks

- Solid grounding in modeling fundamentals: regression, classification, clustering, time-series, and experimental design

- Familiarity with LLMs and NLP tooling

- Experience working with cloud environments and basic data engineering pipelines

- A track record of explaining technical work clearly to non-technical colleagues

- Some experience managing or mentoring others
