## Description

We are seeking a Local Brand Manager to define product strategy in agreement with local management and global marketing department, and implement supporting tactical plans/projects.

**Major Accountabilities:**

- Prepare content for Integrated Brand Teams and Launch Teams

- Execute, monitor, and analyse tactical plans to ensure brand growth

- Lead promotional activities in line with internal SOPs and Code of Conduct guidelines

- Monitor and control brand budgets, forecasts, and expenses

- Identify area market insights and opportunities via customer interactions

- Execute central and regional marketing activities

- Monitor product performance and external environment

- Collaborate with Marketing and Medical teams to maximize activities

- Oversee distribution of regulatory documents to healthcare professionals

- Report technical complaints, adverse events, and special case scenarios

- Distribute marketing samples where applicable

- Ensure a healthy and safe workplace by complying with Novartis HSE and ISEC standards
