## Description

Electronic Arts is seeking a Lead Producer to join the EA SPORTS™ FC team in Vancouver, Canada. As a Lead Producer, you will lead the program responsible for delivering customized play and self-expression experiences franchise goals. You will drive alignment with other development leaders and partner teams to drive its successful execution.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the vision and establish roadmaps for customized play and self-expression experiences aligning with the broader goals of EA SPORTS FC and EA.

- Use insights to establish goals to focus ideation and spur creativity across the scope of the program.

- Partner with licensing, brand, legal, and other central teams to determine goals and end-to-end requirements that are critical to the success of the program.

- Partner with production, product management, art, design, and engineering leads to deliver on expectations and improve communication and coordination.

- Establish the OKRs for your program that align with the organizational and franchise KRs.

Qualifications:

- Experienced Producer or Product Manager with 10+ years of experience in game production roles.

- Track record leading 30+ people teams.

- Passion for pioneering and encouraging others to consider different perspectives.

- Use data and insights to inform decision-making, planning, and road mapping.

- Master of influence and an accomplished mediator and resolver of conflicts.

- Ability to navigate ambiguity and proactively transform unknowns into actionable solutions.
