## Description

We are looking for a Senior Trade Marketing Specialist to support sales through marketing activities, increasing brand visibility, and preparing POSM materials.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the ordering platform for POSM materials by sales structures

- Oversee digital screens, ensuring correct material display and functionality

- Create trade materials for retail publications (TT & KA)

- Manage knowledge platforms for field teams

- Develop and assemble POSM materials

- Design concepts for POSM materials and trade marketing activities to boost sales

- Implement and monitor new trade marketing solutions

- Analyze the effects of individual actions and investments

- Collaborate effectively with the sales team

- Support the management of refrigeration equipment

Requirements:

- Higher education

- Analytical thinking, planning skills, effective communication

- Ability to ask relevant questions and consider different perspectives

- Growth-oriented mindset

- Creativity and flexibility

- Proficiency in MS Office

- English language proficiency at B2 level
