## Description

WSP is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHS&S) Management Information System Technical Consultant to support their global Digital Solutions Team. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert level professional for the Intelex platform.

The role involves supporting and managing client projects and WSP project teams with the design, implementation, and advisory support for Intelex and other platforms. The candidate will have a working knowledge of EHS&S processes across various industries and be proficient at engaging with customers, recognising where they are on a maturity scale, and helping them define improved business processes while eliciting digital technology functional requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

- Acting as a primary technical-facing liaison for clients on EHS&S digital initiatives

- Facilitating requirements and design workshops with business and IT stakeholders

- Presenting solution designs, technical roadmaps, and implementation progress to client stakeholders

- Supporting up-selling and cross-selling of WSP's broader digital and EHS&S services

- Maintaining strong client relationships focused on ongoing optimisation and extension of EHS&S digital platforms

- Leading and supporting the end-to-end delivery of EHS&S software solutions

- Overseeing configuration, customisation, and integration responsibilities in collaboration with internal technical teams and vendor resources

- Defining and managing technical implementation tasks

- Establishing and maintaining technical documentation

- Joining projects mid-flight when needed and implementing corrective actions

- Defining test strategies and plans for EHS&S digital solutions

- Supporting release planning and deployment activities

- Monitoring technical performance and reliability of deployed solutions

- Interacting with subcontractors, clients, and other stakeholders in a confident and professional manner

- Managing and overseeing internal and external relationships to ensure client delivery and company growth

Requirements include:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

- Expert-level experience with Intelex applications

- 7+ years of experience as a project lead on multiple software implementations

- 7+ years of experience working in the Intelex application

- Ability to pass a full criminal background check

- Experience directing and supporting remote and global teams

- Strong analytical mindset and sound judgment

- Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills

- Experience working with large data sets and spreadsheets

- Demonstrated experience implementing EMIS commercial software platforms

- Strong proficiency in business analysis for software projects

- Proven experience managing scope, schedule, and budget for technology enhancement/deployment projects

- Familiarity with data and analytics tools

- Flexibility to work varied schedules and prioritise responsibilities

- Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and adhering to WSP's health, safety, and drug/alcohol and harassment policies
