Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section in Milngavie, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and drive sales growth.

You'll be responsible for:

- Delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued

- Confidently recommending and selling M&S Food products

- Utilising digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contributing to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues to meet customer demands

- Adapting to changing store demands, working across various areas as needed

As a Customer Assistant, you'll need to be resilient, digitally confident, and a team player. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours during peak periods.
