## Description

The Global Partnerships team at Mastercard is seeking a Senior Specialist, Business Development to support the cultivation and management of strategic relationships with key players across the payments ecosystem.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior account leads to help manage day-to-day customer engagement, coordinate internal stakeholders, progress commercial opportunities and ensure strong execution of strategic account priorities.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting the day-to-day management of selected key global strategic accounts

- Developing a strong understanding of each customer's business, priorities, operating model and strategic agenda

- Preparing for customer meetings, executive engagements, business reviews and strategic workshops

- Maintaining clear account plans, priorities, actions and deliverables

- Supporting regular engagement with customers across business, product and commercial topics

- Coordinating customer requests and ensuring the right Mastercard teams are engaged

- Assisting with customer proposals, RFP responses, commercial discussions, business cases and internal approval processes

- Acting as a connector across Mastercard teams and markets to support the execution of global account priorities

The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised and commercially minded, with a strong interest in customers and relationship management. Experience or exposure to account management, business development, partnerships, sales, or another client-facing commercial role is required.
