## Description

We are seeking a Breakfast Attendant to join our team at SpringHill Suites Boca Raton. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for preparing and setting up the breakfast area, assisting in greeting and seating breakfast guests, and clearing and resetting tables in an efficient and courteous manner.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional guest service by greeting guests in a courteous and friendly manner, anticipating and responding to their needs, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

- Prepare, set, and clear breakfast tables, wipe down counters, dispose of garbage, clean floors, pick up dishes and glassware, and restock as necessary.

- Maintain a clean and safe work area, handle food and beverages in compliance with company and regulatory standards, and assist in maintaining sanitation and cleanliness of the restaurant, kitchen, and prep room.

- Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and adhere to company grooming and appearance standards, general work rules, and department procedures.

- Complete required side work, take initiative to assist other hotel staff as needed, and contribute to the success of the guest's experience.

- Follow company procedures when handling product and supplies, use equipment properly, and adhere to cost controls to reduce expenses and waste.

Required Skills and Experience:

- High school diploma or equivalent experience required.

- Customer-focused with attention to detail and ability to work well with others.

- Ability to perform job duties in a fast-paced environment.

- Lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis throughout shift.

- Physically demanding responsibilities such as walking, standing, carrying, and lifting continuously throughout the shift.

- Preferred: one year prior bussing experience in a fast-paced environment.
