## Description

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Agent Platform at BambooHR. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the product direction for the Agent Runtime, leading the migration of the legacy agent platform, and establishing a robust intake path for teams building agents.

Responsibilities:

- Own product direction for the Agent Runtime, including durable execution, human-in-the-loop gates, auditability, and capacity and reliability posture.

- Lead the migration of the legacy agent platform onto a new runtime.

- Define and drive usage instrumentation, including instigation flags, output lifecycle events, and a metering schema.

- Run intake and prioritization for every team building agents.

- Coordinate how agents are triggered and define the boundary between the platform agents run on and the AI experience surfaces built on it.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of product management experience in platform, infrastructure, or developer-facing products.

- Technical depth in execution systems, workflows, or eventing.

- Experience as the product owner for internal platform consumers.

- Proven ability to drive alignment across teams without direct authority.

- Comfort with AI and agent systems.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with agent frameworks, LLM orchestration, or workflow engines.

- Migration or sunset leadership on a system with live production consumers.

- Product experience with usage-based pricing or metering.
