Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Kingsgate Retail Park Simply Food, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work collaboratively as part of a team, and drive sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported

- Utilize digital tools, such as Sparks and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues and driving sales growth

- Adapt to changing demands, working across various areas of the store as needed

This is a part-time, flexible role, requiring a resilient and committed individual who can thrive in a high-pressure environment.

**Working Hours:** Week 1: Monday 10:00-18:00, Friday 10:00-18:00, Saturday 10:00-18:00 Week 2: Sunday 10:00-18:00, Wednesday 10:00-18:00, Thursday 10:00-18:00

**Additional Requirements:** Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
