## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Japanese Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Japanese Technical Support Engineer, you will provide in-depth technical support for complex issues related to PC products, including hardware, operating systems, drivers, firmware, and application software.

Responsibilities:

- Provide advanced technical support for complex PC product issues, including hardware, operating systems, drivers, firmware, and application software

- Analyze and resolve complex customer cases and escalation issues, focusing on system stability, compatibility, performance, and reliability

- Lead root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions for high-complexity technical issues

- Collaborate with product, R&D, testing, and partner teams to resolve complex technical challenges across hardware, software, and system architecture layers

- Offer expert advice and support for technical issues throughout the PC product lifecycle, including development, verification testing, launch, and customer deployment phases

- Develop and maintain a knowledge base for complex technical cases and best practices to enhance team capabilities and problem-solving efficiency

- Stay up-to-date with PC industry trends, including AI PC, Windows ecosystem, chip platforms, device management, and security technologies, to provide technical recommendations for product optimization

- Utilize AI-assisted tools and intelligent technologies to improve complex issue analysis, troubleshooting, and knowledge management efficiency, continuously optimizing technical support processes

Requirements:

- Business-level Japanese language skills (natural pronunciation and fluent communication)

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree or higher

- Solid technical foundation in PC products, familiar with Windows operating systems, hardware architecture, drivers, BIOS/UEFI, and system integration

- Familiarity with the PC product ecosystem, including chip platforms (Intel, AMD, Qualcomm, etc.), peripheral interfaces, and software and hardware collaboration principles

- Excellent communication and customer service skills, able to remain calm and work steadily under pressure

- Rich experience in performance optimization, compatibility verification, system stability analysis, or on-site problem handling

- Ability to provide professional technical support for complex customer scenarios and high-priority technical issues, effectively coordinating relevant teams to resolve issues

- Strong AI tool application capabilities, able to proficiently use generative AI tools to assist technical analysis, problem troubleshooting, knowledge management, and work efficiency improvement

- Willingness to work rotating shifts
