## Description

We are seeking a Talent Management Lead to join our team in Tokyo for a 1-year contract. As a Talent Management professional, you will handle day-to-day HR tasks, including recruiting, onboarding, training, and engagement activities. You will also communicate frequently in Japanese and English with local & global stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and train new employees
- Manage performance evaluations and provide feedback
- Develop and implement engagement activities to improve employee satisfaction
- Collaborate with local & global stakeholders to achieve organisational goals

Requirements
- Strong recruiting, onboarding, and training skills
- Capability in managing performance evaluations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in Japanese and English
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus
- Experience in the entertainment or gaming industry is a plus
