## Description

Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in Operations at our West Park Darlington store. You'll be the backstage powerhouse of our store, working early mornings to ensure our shop floor stays full, clean, and ready for our customers to shop.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Working across the wider store where needed, adapting to the pace and demands of retail

- Using digital tools confidently to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently

- Being a team player, working across functions and supporting colleagues across the store

- Maintaining flexibility, working early mornings and potentially full-time hours during peak periods
