Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and drive sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, making recommendations and driving sales

- Operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment, utilizing digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere

- Adapt to changing demands, working flexibly across various areas of the store

**Working Hours:**

- Tuesday: 20:00-00:00

- Wednesday: 20:00-00:00

- Thursday: 20:00-00:00

- Friday: 20:00-00:00

- Saturday: 20:00-00:00

**Additional Requirements:**

- Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December

- You must be at least 18 years old to apply, as this role involves working late nights

- A £3.00 per hour unsocial premium is added to hours worked between 22:00-06:00
