## Description

Syneos Health is seeking a Principal Biostatistician to join their team in Poland.

As a Principal Biostatistician, you will serve as a statistical department resource, mentor biostatisticians, and oversee training plans and materials for Biostatistics associates.

Key responsibilities include:

- Preparing Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs) and collaborating with sponsors

- Developing and reviewing statistical analysis results, tables, listings, and figures

- Directing the activities of other biostatistics personnel on assigned projects

- Implementing company objectives and creating alternative solutions to address business and operational challenges

- Serving as a biostatistics representative on project teams and interfacing with other departmental project team representatives

- Managing scheduling and time constraints across multiple projects

- Providing statistical programming support as needed

- Participating in Data Safety Monitoring Board (DSMB) and/or Data Monitoring Committee (DMC) activities

- Leading projects involving integrated analyses and attending regulatory agency meetings

- Maintaining well-organized, complete, and up-to-date project documentation
