## Description

We are seeking a Client Onboarding Lead to join our team in Dubai. As a Client Onboarding Lead, you will lead complex client onboardings and implementations with multiple dependencies or regulatory constraints. You will act as a trusted advisor on how clients can best leverage the platform and APIs to meet requirements. Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading advanced platform and API demos, including deep dives into capabilities, patterns, and limitations

- Guiding the resolution of complex client issues, escalations, and ambiguous problems

- Owning delivery governance, onboarding strategy, and escalation management

- Defining and improving onboarding and delivery standards, playbooks, and ways of working

- Partnering with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to improve onboarding experience and platform adoption

- Project management, tracking and implementing KPIs, and ensuring visibility of project evolution to stakeholders

- Optimising time to value for clients and consistently maintaining reasonable timelines

The ideal candidate will have:

- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree

- Strong expertise in building and scaling high-performing teams

- Proven ability to deliver complex, multi-market projects on time and within scope

- Recognized for forging strong, trust-based relationships with C-level executives, clients, and cross-functional partners
