## Description

Diageo is seeking a SEA Category & Brand Director to transform the Southeast Asia market and drive sustainable double-digit growth.

The successful candidate will define and develop growth drivers across categories, lead the marketing team, and create a consumer-first business that beats the competition.

Key responsibilities include:

- Delivering volume, NSV, and profit plans and growing market share across brands in SEA markets

- Driving ROI and leading the marketing team to deliver end-to-end growth drivers

- Shaping business strategy and enterprise priorities for the market

- Building world-class marketing capability and developing future leaders

The ideal candidate will have:

- A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline

- 15+ years of marketing, category, or commercial leadership experience

- Significant experience leading large-scale marketing organisations and complex portfolios

- Demonstrated success driving sustained growth, profitability, and market leadership

- Strong track record of developing talent and organisational capability
