## Description

We are seeking a Senior Associate for Sales Account Management at Synopsys, based in Penang, Malaysia.

As a Senior Associate in Sales Account Management, you will own and grow a portfolio of existing customers in our market, identifying upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities across product lines and use cases. You will also prospect and develop completely new customer relationships through outbound research, cold calling, email outreach, digital engagement, and face-to-face meetings.

Key responsibilities include:

- Own and grow a portfolio of existing customers in our market

- Prospect and develop completely new customer relationships

- Research target industries, accounts, and buying centers in the market

- Uncover customer pain points, technical challenges, and decision criteria

- Build and maintain account plans and prospecting plans in CRM

- Partner with marketing, channel partners, technical teams, and sales leadership

- Write proposals, quotations, and business communications

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field

- At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing technical roles

- Demonstrated understanding of engineering analysis, simulation, or technical software

- Fluency in English and Thai, both written and spoken

- Willingness to travel up to 50% within Thailand

- Excellent communication and organizational skills
