## Description

Join Kobie, a National Top Workplace and Top Remote Workplace, as a Project Manager in their Project Management Office (PMO). You'll lead and oversee internal and client-facing projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, on time, and within budget.

**Project Planning and Execution**

- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets with stakeholders

- Drive project execution, managing resources, tasks, and deliverables

- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies

**Stakeholder Management**

- Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders

- Establish and maintain strong relationships

- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

**Team Leadership and Collaboration**

- Lead cross-functional project teams

- Foster a collaborative team environment

- Provide direction, guidance, and support to team members

**Quality Assurance and Risk Management**

- Ensure quality of project deliverables

- Identify and assess project risks and issues

- Develop and implement risk mitigation and contingency plans

**Continuous Improvement**

- Identify opportunities for process improvements

- Lead lessons learned sessions

- Contribute to development and refinement of project management methodologies

**Requirements**

- 5+ years of PM experience in a fast-paced environment

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

- PMP certification preferred

- Experience managing projects at a software development company

- Expertise in project management using various methodologies

- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)

- Experience with tools like Jira, Workfront, Microsoft Project
