This role is based in a closed-door Long Term Care facility (non-customer-facing) in Chandler, AZ. As a full-time Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the continuation of pharmacy management's goals and objectives within the dispensing pharmacy.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Ensure accurate entry of orders and maintain security of the pharmacy

- Adhere to required delivery schedules and verify orders entered by technician staff for accuracy

- Check for completeness and precision of all new and refill labels and orders, as well as content and accuracy of all drug packaging and labeling

- Prepare and/or supervise sterile IV drug products or solutions, if required, and assist in maintaining a perpetual inventory for schedule II drugs

- Provide evening, weekend, and holiday coverage during scheduled rotation based on the needs of the business

- Follow all applicable state and government regulations, including HIPAA

**Requirements:**

- Licensed pharmacist in the state of Arizona, active and in good standing

- Bachelor's of Science Degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate of Pharmacy
