## Description

As a Team Leader at Victoria's Secret, you'll work alongside a friendly and supportive team who are all connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience.

Your role will involve:

- Delivering an exceptional customer experience to all customers

- Providing expert advice on bra fittings and helping customers find the perfect product

- Owning the merchandising and presentation of products in-store

- Leading by example and energising the team

- Supporting the management team to achieve key KPIs across the store

- Maintaining store standards, including managing deliveries and stock replenishment

- Carrying out opening and closing activities, including key holder duties

You'll need to have:

- A passion for retail and delivering exceptional customer experiences

- Keenness to learn and develop your customer service skills and product knowledge

- Ability to build valued relationships with your team and customers
