## Opportunity

Join the Office of the CEO at Flexport and work directly on the company's highest-priority problems alongside the CEO, President, and regional leaders. You will focus on a specific mode or region, such as ocean, air, trucking, omnichannel, or customs, and learn it from the inside by solving real problems.

## Responsibilities

- Own and solve key business questions, providing actionable recommendations to the CEO.

- Build analyses, pull data, create models, and identify errors.

- Engage directly with operations, visiting warehouses, ports, and customer supply chain teams.

- Manage the operating cadence for a freight mode or region, including weekly metrics and quarterly plans.

- Resolve obstacles by coordinating with stakeholders.

- Apply AI and automation to improve processes.

## Requirements

- 4-6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, high-growth operations, or running your own company.

- Ability to build financial models and defend assumptions.

- Track record of analysing ambiguous problems and providing actionable recommendations.

- Curiosity about physical goods movement and comfort with complexity.

- Clear, concise writing and influencing skills.

- Compliance-focused mindset.
