## Description

NVIDIA has been transforming autonomous vehicle development for over a decade, and today simulation is at the heart of it all. As the world moves towards Level 4 autonomy, the ability to reconstruct real-world driving scenes, generate synthetic scenarios, and validate AV policies across millions of virtual miles has become a key competitive advantage.

As the Director of Simulation Product Management, you will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for NVIDIA's autonomous driving simulation platform. You will connect research, engineering, go-to-market, and OEM and AV developer customers, shaping how the industry uses NVIDIA's simulation technology.

**Responsibilities:**

- Define and own the long-term product vision and roadmap for NVIDIA's AV simulation platform, spanning neural reconstruction, generative simulation, synthetic data generation, data curation, and closed-loop policy evaluation.

- Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from requirements definition through engineering execution and customer adoption.

- Build partnerships with OEMs, robotaxi operators, and AV software developers to understand their simulation pipelines and co-develop platform capabilities.

- Partner with research and engineering teams to translate fleet data workflows, sensor modeling requirements, and policy evaluation needs into product requirements.

- Establish and track key product and ecosystem metrics, guiding prioritization and communicating progress to executive leadership.

- Collaborate with go-to-market, developer relations, and solutions engineering to drive platform adoption.

- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers focused on AV simulation.

- Represent NVIDIA's simulation vision at industry events, safety and standards forums, and executive briefings.

**Requirements:**

- 12+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record of delivering complex technical platform products at scale.

- 4+ years in a senior or director-level PM role, with experience leading and growing high-performing PM teams.

- Deep understanding of autonomous driving development workflows, including sensor data pipelines, closed-loop simulation, and safety validation methodologies.

- Hands-on familiarity with neural reconstruction, 3D Gaussian Splatting, or sensor simulation techniques.

- Demonstrated ability to build multi-year product strategy in a fast-moving environment and drive cross-functional execution.

- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience building developer or enterprise platform products, with a clear understanding of how to grow adoption through APIs, SDKs, and open ecosystems.

- BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.

**Nice to Have:**

- Direct experience owning or contributing to a simulation platform at an AV company, OEM, or AV software developer.

- Working knowledge of NVIDIA's AV simulation ecosystem, including NuRec, Cosmos, AlpaSim, or the Alpamayo model family.

- Familiarity with sim-to-real transfer challenges and techniques.

- Experience with reinforcement learning workflows in simulation.

- A track record of building developer ecosystems around simulation or physical AI platforms.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 272,000 USD - 425,500 USD. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
