## Description

We are seeking a Distribution Partner Manager to join our team. As a Distribution Partner Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with distribution partners, developing business plans, and analyzing market trends.

**Responsibilities:**

- Coordinate regular meetings with distribution partner teams to communicate company strategy and priorities, review business KPIs, discuss opportunities and threats in the region, and run trainings and updates for sales teams

- Assign sales, distribution, and execution targets to distribution partners based on business targets and follow up on these targets regularly

- Provide execution trainings, on-the-job trainings, and coaching to distribution partners and their teams

- Conduct regular trade visits with distribution partner field teams to coach sales teams and unlock distribution and execution opportunities

- Analyze opportunities in the region, take action, and implement as needed

- Ensure distribution partners fully understand and execute Red Bull's execution and merchandising standards

- Implement systems to track and benchmark distribution partners against key initiatives and goals

- Plan and execute incentive programs to keep sales representatives focused and motivated

- Act as a credible beverage business consultant to distribution partners and customers and present category and Red Bull potential

**Distributor Structure and Accountability Expert:**

- Have thorough working knowledge of distributors' internal systems and structure

- Understand distributors' hierarchy and have relationships from top to bottom (owner to managers)

- Clearly understand the person responsible and accountable for tasks or programs within distribution partners

**Business Planning:**

- Develop annual business plans with assigned distribution partners, including organization requirements, distribution, volume, investments, and KPIs

- Secure agreement on necessary subjects, such as distribution build-up by month/channel, sales forecast by SKU/month/channel/segments

- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to issue ongoing updates against allocation

**Business Intelligence:**

- Maintain strong working knowledge of all relevant Red Bull systems

- Proactively use available reports to maximize opportunities, including competitor intelligence

- Hold distribution partners accountable for data submission into Red Bull systems to ensure accurate and timely information

**Other Responsibilities:**

- Share and enforce guidelines regarding Red Bull's inventory policy

- Develop working knowledge of geographic and demographic areas in assigned geography

- Ensure a sustainable go-to-market strategy and structure in assigned geography

- Develop expertise regarding product competition and distributor competition in respective areas

- Communicate regularly and work effectively with all internal sales teams (off-premise key accounts) and marketing teams to secure full alignment of sales goals with distribution partners

- Manage risk by taking alternative precautions with a proactive approach

- Represent Red Bull brand and values in the best way, including appearance, attitude, and behavior

**Requirements:**

- Strong field sales experience and track record in consumer goods industry (beverage preferred)

- 5+ years of experience (distributor and supplier experience preferred)

- Successful track record in team management and leadership

- Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint

- Hands-on geographical knowledge of the local market
