## Description

IOM is seeking a Movement Operations Assistant G4 to provide field support activities in assigned areas, such as airports, transit centers, and third-party facilities.

The successful candidate will undertake various duties, including:

- Providing airport services, such as custodial care of travel documentation and assisting with airport formalities

- Assisting individuals at transit centers or third-party facilities, including upon arrival, during their stay, and upon departure

- Coordinating transportation from consolidation points, transit centers, and third-party facilities

- Providing selection mission support, exit permit support, and/or interpretation services

- Maintaining confidentiality and integrity of all relevant paperwork

The ideal candidate will have:

- A high school diploma with 4 years of work experience or a bachelor's degree in a related field with 2 years of relevant work experience

- Prior Movement Operations or transportation experience

- Computer/software literacy with good knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Attention to detail and ability to organize

- Self-motivated and objective-driven

IOM offers a fixed-term contract of 1 year with the possibility of extension.
