## Description

We are seeking a Vice President Engineering Manager – Salesforce Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our CRM Platforms. You will lead the Salesforce engineering capability as a strategic enterprise platform, championing scalable, secure, and high-quality delivery aligned to business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and improve software using various engineering methodologies

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements and devise solution strategies

- Participate in code reviews and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing

- Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations

- Adhere to secure coding practices and implement effective unit testing practices

As a VP Engineering Manager – Salesforce Lead, you will:

- Contribute to setting strategy, driving requirements, and making recommendations for change

- Manage and mitigate risks through assessment and governance

- Demonstrate leadership and accountability for managing risk and strengthening controls

- Collaborate with other areas of work to keep up to speed with business activity and strategies

- Create solutions based on sophisticated analytical thought

Requirements:

- Senior engineering leadership experience delivering large-scale Salesforce platforms

- Strong stakeholder management skills

- Hands-on experience leading platform transformation, modernisation, and technical debt reduction

- Ownership of end-to-end Salesforce architecture

- Leading delivery across Salesforce platforms through agile engineering teams

Highly Valued Skills:

- Experience working in Banking / Financial Services or other regulated industries

- Strong understanding of enterprise integrations, data platforms, and identity/access management

- Proven ability to build, mentor, and retain high-performing engineering teams

- Ability to operate effectively at both strategic leadership level and deep engineering detail
