## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our Women's Football team as a Scout Intern at our Brazilian office.

As a Scout Intern, you will support the Performance Analysis team in observing, monitoring, and analysing athletes and teams, contributing to the collection and organisation of relevant information for scouting and decision-making processes, following the methodology and guidelines of Red Bull Bragantino.

**Responsibilities**

- Familiarise yourself with the philosophy, values, and guidelines of Red Bull Bragantino

- Understand the structure and functioning of the women's football department, including methodologies and work processes

- Analyse the characteristics of professional and Under-20 squads, according to performance indicators by position

- Attend complete games of different competitions, teams, and categories, according to area demands

- Conduct structured observations of athletes, considering defined criteria

- Develop knowledge about teams, athletes, and different competitive contexts in women's football

- Produce observation reports of athletes from attended games

- Organise and systematise collected information during the scouting process

- Support the production of materials and information for analysis and decision-making processes

- Assist in video production and organisation related to scouting activities

- Edit and prepare athlete videos according to area demands

- Organise and make produced materials easily accessible for the technical committee and analysis team

**Requirements**

- Currently pursuing a degree in Physical Education

- Basic knowledge of football (rules, fundamentals, and sports routine)

- Interest in sports development and working in a high-performance environment

- Strong organisational, proactive, and teamwork skills
