## Job Overview

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our Engineering & Design - Product team. You will own the systems side of new product and pricing launches, ensuring seamless integration across various systems.

## Responsibilities

- Own the systems side of new product and pricing launches, from the first pricing discussion through launch day and the first billing cycle

- Turn pricing and packaging decisions into concrete system changes across catalog, quoting, contracts, billing, tax, and reporting

- Build and run a repeatable New Product Introduction (NPI) playbook, including intake, readiness checklist, sign-offs, launch calendar, and post-launch review

- Collaborate with Product and Pricing to plan launches, provide feedback on pricing ideas, and suggest alternatives

- Design end-to-end pricing models, including usage-based, seat-based, tiered, committed, and multi-year ramp pricing

- Plan the impact on existing customers, including SKU migrations, grandfathering, and amendments

- Coordinate changes across Salesforce, billing, and tax platforms with respective teams

- Partner with Deal Desk, Sales, Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Legal to ensure sign-off on changes

- Ensure sellers and Deal Desk are prepared on launch day with necessary tools and guidance

- Verify launch success and implement controls or reconciliations as needed

- Build and ship declarative solutions, write clear specifications for developers, and leverage AI to streamline launch processes

## Requirements

- Experience in GTM or revenue systems as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or similar tools

- Understanding of how pricing decisions flow into bookings, invoicing, tax, and revenue recognition

- Experience with cross-functional processes and managing multiple stakeholders

- Strong Salesforce admin skills and clear communication abilities

## Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in GTM, revenue, or finance systems roles

- Familiarity with usage-based or consumption pricing and billing platforms like Stripe or Zuora

- Experience with tax setup, integrations between Salesforce and other systems, and basic SQL

- Salesforce Administrator certification or similar

- Hands-on experience with AI tools like Claude

## Compensation

- Annual salary: $270,000 - $315,000 USD
