## Description

We are seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Partner to join our new hub in Lisbon. You will be primarily responsible for driving the recruitment of exceptional talent across our Product Development (PD) functions.

## Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles, from initial briefing to offer negotiation.

- Support broader hiring needs across PD and other functions such as Finance, Legal, People, and Operations.

- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier talent.

- Represent GoCardless, building relationships with potential candidates and promoting our employer value proposition.

- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand their talent needs and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

- Leverage your deep understanding of the local talent market to inform recruitment strategies.

- Contribute to the refinement of our recruitment processes and tools.

- Track and analyse key recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.

- Work closely with the wider global Talent Acquisition team.
