Responsibilities:

- Provide physical therapy services to patients in various settings, including hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers

- Conduct initial evaluations and develop treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs

- Implement and progress treatment plans, monitoring patient progress and adjusting plans as needed

- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care

- Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans
