## Description

We are seeking a Beauty Expert to join our team at John Lewis & Partners Cardiff. As a Beauty Expert, you will be the true heart of our store, responsible for empowering customers to be the most beautiful version of themselves. You will combine your expert artistry skills with exceptional product knowledge and a passion for building lasting emotional connections.

Responsibilities:

- Work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPI's

- Build solid relationships with team members and management

- Champion the art of world-class artistry and an impeccable customer experience

- Adapt your approach to activities, customers, and opportunities

- Follow company grooming standards

Requirements:

- Ideally an NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy

- Experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail, or FMCG

- Experience in applying makeup and adapting your style to different customers
