## Description

We are seeking a talented Senior Experience Designer to join the EA SPORTS UFC team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a Senior Experience Designer, you will help define the next generation of our franchise and play a crucial role in shaping the user experience for millions of players.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with creative, technical, and product partners to shape outstanding, player-centric experiences from concept through final delivery.

- Lead the design of intuitive, responsive, and engaging user flows, wireframes, and prototypes across different platforms.

- Create and maintain clear design documentation, including user flow diagrams, wireframes, and design specifications.

- Leverage AI tools and workflows to enhance design velocity, craft, and execution while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:

- 5-8+ years of experience in game development, experience design, or a related product design field.

- A strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and showcasing your expertise in creating user-centred design solutions.

- Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe Suites, or similar).

- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate player-centric decisions and the 'why' behind them to cross-functional partners and leadership.
