## Description

As a trained and qualified Nondestructive Testing Level II (Visual, Liquid Penetrant and Magnetic Particle Inspection) professional with 3+ years of direct experience in U.S. Navy shipboard/Submarine NDT Inspections, you will make meaningful contributions that fuel critical outcomes for complex government, defense, and intelligence projects.

Responsibilities:

- Develops QA Workbooks with Test and Inspection Plans

- Performs a variety of quality control tests/inspections on products, materials, components, parts, etc. at various stages of the production process to ensure compliance with quality and reliability standards

- Records and analyzes data and writes summaries and reports to validate or show deviations from existing standards

- Works closely with management to ensure adherence to ISO standards and NAVSEA Standard Items

- Recommends modifications to existing, or suggests new, standards, methods, and procedures

- Maintains appropriate documentation related to quality assurance tests and inspections

- Provides quality training

- May provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced staff members

- Guides and directs employees in quality improvement efforts

- Participates in special projects as required

Requirements:

- 3+ years of related experience

- Trained and Qualified in Nondestructive Testing Level II (Visual, Liquid Penetrant and Magnetic Particle Inspection)

- Computer skills in Word and Excel required

- Electrical Cableway and Connector knowledge a plus

- Knowledge in welding, welding processes, and Welder Qualification is a plus

- Requires HS diploma/GED

- Requires Non Destructive Testing Level II certification for Visual Testing, Liquid Penetrant Testing, and Magnetic Particle Testing

- Must be a US citizen
