## Description

We are seeking a Payroll Project Lead to join our global payroll team based in London. As a Payroll Specialist, you will help drive our mission forward by leading end-to-end payroll projects, supporting growth and expansion into existing and new markets.

Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end payroll projects supporting growth and expansion

- Develop and manage project plans and timelines, capturing risks

- Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment in projects

- Assess payroll readiness for new markets

- Manage external vendors

- Lead build, testing, and sign-off for go-live readiness

- Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and ensure stakeholders are updated

- Support post-implementation hyper-care period

Requirements:

- Experience in leading payroll projects and delivering on time

- Project management skills

- Above-average tech skills, particularly with Google Docs, Sheets, and Microsoft Excel

- Proficiency in using payroll software

- Collaborative mindset with strong relationship-building skills

- Detail-focused with an appreciation for data and analytics

- Adaptable and able to work with ambiguity

- Curiosity to learn and grow

- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Teamwork-focused with excellent communication skills
