## Description

We're seeking an outcomes-driven, entrepreneurial Account Executive to join our SMB Growth team in ANZ. As part of Salesforce, you will help emerging and mid-market businesses across the region connect their systems and data to unlock AI and automation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Run your territory like a CEO, setting go-to-market strategy, building pipeline, and leading full sales cycles with a cross-functional team

- Help SMB customers rethink how they connect systems and data to move faster and unlock AI-ready infrastructure

- Own your quota and forecast with real accountability

**Requirements:**

- Consultative, solution-selling experience (SaaS or tech preferred)

- Strong prospecting and pipeline-generation instincts

- Sharp discovery and objection-handling skills

- Ability to articulate business value and ROI to technical and business stakeholders

- Collaborative, "win as a team" mindset within a cross-functional selling motion

- Commercial acumen and comfort navigating ambiguity in a newer, evolving market

- Competitive drive for results, balanced with coachability

- Strong planning and closing discipline to manage a fast-moving, high-volume SMB cycle
