Within the Rolling Stock Directorate, responsible for the rolling stock of our TGV trainsets, we are looking for a Deputy Maintenance Planning Manager with responsibility for the following missions:

### Railway Operations Safety

Ensure compliance with maintenance standards and safety processes. Guarantee the quality of maintenance data in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).

### Quality and Performance

Lead and monitor the unit's performance indicators. Analyze workshop performance against maintenance planning.

### Fleet Planning and Management

Supervise the execution of Fleet Management planning activities. Optimize workload distribution across maintenance sites.

### Management

Manage the continental planning team. Train and develop the team's skills.

### Standards and Procedures

Manage the documentation required for trainset management. Contribute to updating standards and planning processes.

### Requirements

- 5 years of experience in maintenance management or railway planning.

- A Master's degree in engineering or equivalent; comparable experience will also be considered.

- Initial team management experience is a plus.

- Bilingual French–English. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.

### What We Offer

- Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in onderhoudsbeheer of spoorwegplanning.

- Een masterdiploma in ingenieurswetenschappen of gelijkwaardig; gelijkwaardige ervaring wordt eveneens in aanmerking genomen.

- Eerste ervaring in teammanagement is een pluspunt.

- Tweetalig Frans–Engels. Kennis van het Nederlands is een plus.
