## Description

We are seeking a Twilight Manager to join our team at Asda. As a Twilight Manager, you will manage and lead a critical shift transitioning from day to night, ensuring we deliver the best availability and highest shop floor standards across all departments, whilst maintaining a safe and legal environment for our customers and colleagues.

You will work a rolling rota and 5 shifts over 7, including weekend working between 14:00 and midnight.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Drive strategy into action: Plan and execute trading activity on the shop floor during the twilight shift, ensuring great availability standards and key metrics.

- Lead with impact: Lead and coach colleagues and team leaders to deliver excellent shop floor standards, creating a culture of selling with personality and serving with heart and pride.

- Execution-focused: Ensure the shop floor is landed and presentable for customers before handing over to the night team.

- Talent Development: Listen with empathy, drive resilience, and encourage ownership, focus, and passion for the business.

**Requirements:**

- Experience supervising or managing teams in a retail grocery environment.

- Ability to make decisions independently with a hands-on attitude and a drive to improve processes and people.

- Confidence in developing teams and managing change.

- Strong customer service focus.

- Flexibility to work a range of twilight shifts, including weekends.
