## Description

We are seeking a Senior Staff Nurse to join our Rehab and Recovery ward at Priory Hospital Bristol. As a qualified Registered Adult Nurse with active NMC Registration and completed preceptorship or equivalent programme, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care to a defined group of patients.

You will assess, plan, implement, and review care plans in partnership with patients and their families, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Your role will also involve supervising and supporting nursing and healthcare assistant staff, acting as Nurse in Charge when required, and contributing to clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives.
