## Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at Team Rehab, a therapist-owned family of outpatient clinics across Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Georgia. As a Physical Therapist with us, you will evaluate and treat patients with an emphasis on their medical and emotional needs.

**Salary:** $76,000 – $90,000/year + Monthly Bonus Potential

**Responsibilities:**

- Connect & Treat: Evaluate and treat patients with an emphasis on their medical and emotional needs.

- Build Your Dream Caseload: We work with you to see the types of patients you are most passionate about.

- Collaborate: Supervise techs and work alongside a team that actually has your back.

- Prioritise Care: Maintain a reasonable caseload (averaging 1.5 patients per hour) because we prioritise patient outcomes over productivity quotas.

**Qualifications:**

- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy

- Passion for patient care and a collaborative mindset
