## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer.

You'll work late nights, specifically Sunday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 22:00-06:00, with the possibility of working up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll provide five-star service at pace, recommend and sell our newest food products, and ensure our customers feel valued every time they shop with us.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing exceptional customer service

- Maintaining knowledge of M&S Food products

- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Working flexibly across various areas of the store

- Contributing to a positive team environment

In return, you'll receive a + £3.00 p/h unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00-06:00.
