## Description

Lead manufacturing support for Data Center AI accelerator boards at NVIDIA, solving complex problems and delivering advanced AI accelerators across industries. Your role involves planning, coordinating, and tracking manufacturing progress, collaborating with Engineering and Diagnostics teams, and managing customer qualifications.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Plan, coordinate, and track manufacturing progress to meet program goals.

- Collaborate with Engineering and Diagnostics teams on product firmware and test diagnostics upgrades.

- Manage customer qualifications for significant product changes.

- Develop and implement an NPI handover strategy for new designs.

- Drive alignment and updates with the factory network.

- Ensure continuous alignment between the factory and key collaborators.

- Lead teams to minimize production risks and resolve issues.

- Drive systemic process improvements and risk mitigation strategies.

- Coordinate supply chain and manufacturing plans for revenue products.

- Maintain project budgets and track procurement.

**Requirements:**

- BS degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

- 8+ years of experience in program management/production in the server industry.

- Leadership and influencing skills.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Prior experience in technical program management within the server domain.

- Problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Project Management Professional Certification.

- Technical depth in hardware and software development.

- Knowledge of factory production techniques and test strategies.

- Experience delivering complex products to cloud-based customers.
