## Description

We are seeking a Facility Services Site Planner to join our team in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. As a Facility Services Site Planner, you will be responsible for developing operational strategies and managing the operations at company facilities to achieve infrastructure reliability and efficient building operations.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the delivery of specific facilities services at a site or cluster of sites.

- Interface with local business management to address complex operational or tactical issues, implementing solutions at the site or area level.

- Monitor and measure service providers' performance and verify service levels have been met.

- Apply strong subject matter expertise or technical expertise to address issues not covered by service providers.

- Act as a point of contact to escalate or address local governmental agencies and local associations.

- Ensure site delivery costs are in line with set budget and implement cost-saving programs.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineer, Thermal Engineer, Electrical Engineer or equivalent experience.

- Typically, 4-6 years of experience in site planning, site design, facilities engineering, building engineering, construction engineering, or related functions.

Knowledge and Skills:

- Strong communication skills and ability to work with service providers.

- Proficient in computer applications, data analysis, and data interpretation.

- Demonstrated project and program management skills including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination.

- Solid understanding of project costs, budgeting principles, and financial impact.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
