## Description

As an Inspector at Crosby Composites, your work directly determines what leaves our facility , and what doesn't.

You will inspect parts against customer-specific standards for carbon fibre and lacquer/paint finishes, both mid-process and prior to dispatch.

Key responsibilities include:

- Inspecting parts for cosmetic appearance

- Communicating and recording non-conformances on the internal quality management database

- Ensuring the inspection department operates in line with the quality management system and company procedures

- Maintaining measuring equipment and a clean working environment

We are looking for someone with:

- Experience in a similar fast-paced industry

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong communication and written skills

- Ability to meet targets within set timeframes

- Confidence using common computer applications

- Flexibility, calmness under pressure, and practical problem-solving skills

- Awareness of health and safety

- Experience with composites, Romer arm, and PowerInspect is an advantage
