## Description

We are seeking a Senior Consultant or Manager in our Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) department. As a leader in this field, you will work with clients to develop and implement value demonstration strategies for pharmaceutical and medical device products.

Responsibilities:

- Lead cost-effectiveness analysis, budget impact analysis, and HTA-related projects

- Develop and execute project proposals, study designs, and reports

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including statisticians, epidemiologists, and data scientists

- Provide consulting services to clients on medical device value assessment, HTA, and market access strategy

- Build and maintain client relationships to drive business growth and identify new opportunities

- Mentor and coach junior team members

Requirements:

- Advanced knowledge of HTA, health economics, and market access

- Experience managing large-scale projects and teams

- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills

- Ability to analyze complex data and communicate insights effectively

- Familiarity with programming languages such as R and SAS is desirable
